I have held the business interests for the last 34 years and have been involved in all aspects of our Health and Social Care Organisational Development, starting in 1989 as a singular nursing home in East Leake.

I am proud of our company achievements, in growing and diversification into several specialisms, such as Mental Health, Education and Children’s Services, alongside the backbone of Nursing and Residential provisions.

With an employee group of over 3,000, we heavily invest in local workforce development, and staff training to enhance direct delivery of quality care.

I have worked with management over the past 45 years; both within the UK and overseas. Over the past 28 years within Rushcliffe Care Group, I have focussed my time developing Quality Care, Mental Health and Educational Needs, via ongoing training as well as diversity of services to meet local needs.

I hold dual qualified nurse (RGN/RMN) and also hold numerous other qualifications within leadership and management. This enhances my own passion of developing people through learning, whilst reenforcing quality provision of services provided by RCG Ltd. Governance is provided both locally (school level) and corporately at Board level. We welcome all contributions to improving quality.
